I have been a real estate professional since 1985 and have experience in residential, commercial, industrial and investment properties. Real estate is my full time profession.

In your purchase and sale of real estate, you can be assured that I will provide you with excellence in service.

I am a competent, professional realtor who is knowledgeable in marketing, contract language, and negotiating strategy. Under a buyer contract I will look after your interests and will work hard to find you the property you want at the best possible price and terms. Note that once a Buyer Agreement is signed by you then all inquiries and showings of properties must be done through me your Buyer agent. This includes both resale homes and new construction. Never give your name to a builder. Always tell them the name of your agent representative.

I will help you determine the right type of home for you, based on your financial ability, home preferences, amenity requirements, and wants.

I will arrange showings of appropriate homes.

Reality Check: After each outing we will refine and focus the home preference features until we find a match in the market place.

When a home is found, I will prepare an offer after we have discussed the terms and price. I will present your offer and work on your behalf to obtain for you the best possible deal.

I will help you through your home buying process from beginning to end and look after your interests under our buyer agreement.

What do I expect from you, the buyer? I expect you to work exclusively with me as your agent representative. I expect you to be honest and straightforward regarding the service you receive from me. I expect you to work with me in finding the right property for you. I expect open communication between us. I expect loyalty and honesty in our dealings with one another. I give no less to you.
